Mantis 4 Cycle Gas Tiller For The Garden

For avid gardeners and creating beds. It's better than the old-fashion way using a shovel, and a rake.Smaller sized garden can actually be more back breaking than the larger ones from my experience.

I've used this tiller, and love it.I don't recommend it for large gardens though.Simple back yard flower beds, and small gardens is what this cultivator is good for.

It's a 4-cycle engine that starts up just after a few pulls. If it's warm out,a single pull is all that's needed. It weighs just under 20lbs and is very easy to move around the garden.Changing the times takes just under a minute, and easy to do.

The tines are VERY durable. It can handle the small rocks one may encounter when tilling up the soil.

I use this one mostly for the flower beds, and the tomato patch.I use it also for tilling between the rows, and use it for weeding also. It's really a nice model to use even when the garden is at its peak. It's nice having a light weight power tiller, with no cord when making your way around the garden.

This is a Mantis 4 cycle gas powered tilller.I'd recommend this tiller to anyone.

The only complaints tillers get is from those with rock hard soil,or those who claim starting one can be a pain.First of all, don't leave gas in it when it's stores for several months.Common sense, and secondly sometimes ground has to be dug up if it's a first time spot when it's rock hard, and clay like soil.In most cases not,but some people live where the soil is ROCK hard.

Soil can always be hard when breaking ground for the first time.Good garden soil breaks apart easier,so that gives ya an idea how much nutrients is in the soil.If you see worms..that's a good sign,of good workable soil.

Each year you use the soil,it gets easier, and easier to till.I use a variety of tillers, and all different models. They are all great to have, but if your soil is crap..ya can't blame the tiller.
